Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work
Each logo design package includes a specific set of services, such as the number of design concepts, rounds of revisions, and deliverables. Please refer to the details of your chosen package for the exact scope of work.

2. Design Process
The design process will begin once the order form is submitted and payment for your chosen package is received. The timeline for completion will be based on the package selected and will be communicated at the start of the project.

3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on your selected package, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the final logo design. All payments must be made before the final logo files are delivered.

4. Revisions
Your selected package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Please refer to your package for the number of revisions included. Additional revisions beyond the specified rounds may incur extra charges as outlined in your package.

5. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, you will receive exclusive rights to the final logo design as per your selected package. Pixinity Creative Inc. retains the right to showcase the design in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Deliverables
The final logo files will be delivered in multiple formats, as specified in your selected package (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF). You will receive both high-resolution and web-optimized files as outlined in your package.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
If the client decides to cancel the project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If work has not yet begun, the client may request a full refund of the deposit based on the terms of the selected package.

8. Confidentiality
All client information and materials shared with Pixinity Creative Inc. will be kept confidential. We will not share or disclose any sensitive information without prior consent from the client.

9. Liability
Pixinity Creative Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred from the use of the final logo design, including but not limited to infringement of trademarks or intellectual property rights, as outlined in the selected package.

10. Delivery and Timeline
The final logo design will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, which is based on the package selected. Delays caused by the client in providing feedback or additional information may extend the timeline.

11. Force Majeure
Pixinity Creative Inc. shall not be liable for delays or failure to meet deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.

12. Amendments
Pixinity Creative Inc. reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
